Team Member - Customer Service Role

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all F&S customers and community - complete walk-in, online and telephone orders with speed and accuracy.
Live Field & Social values and culture through all customer and team interactions
Prepare salads as per F&S menu, taking into consideration customers' dietary preferences/allergies.
Restock salad station, fridges and packaging (light food preparation required) - connecting with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service.
Adhere to all health and safety requirements
Demonstrate attention to detail and is able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant (tasks include sweeping, mopping, light dish washing, and other duties as assigned)
Requirements
Work experience is desirable but not required
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Ability to read, write, and understand English language
Valid Work permit
Evening availability (3pm-8pm) preferred
