What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide product information, order updates, and after-sales support
Maintain accurate customer records and assist with order coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Offer bilingual support (English + Cantonese or Mandarin) when needed
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of customer service or related experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with good data entry abilities
Positive, patient, and professional attitude
Bilingual skills (Cantonese or Mandarin) a plus
