to join our travel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with travel inquiries, bookings, package details, and service requests. You will also promote and recommend our travel products to match customer needs. Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with travel inquiries, booking adjustments, package information, and general questions. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their travel experience. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and overall customer experience. Maintain professionalism and proper phone etiquette during all interactions. Actively engage in travel sales and upselling, recommending packages, upgrades, insurance, and add-ons. Accurately perform data entry for bookings, customer information, and transactions. Collaborate with the team to achieve service and sales targets.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or travel sales is preferred. Strong English communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze information and offer effective solutions. Experience with data entry and familiarity with travel booking systems or CRM platforms is an asset.
