Your responsibilities (what you will do brilliantly):




Provide an impeccable and enriching client experience to our partners, day after day. Serve as the primary contact for all communications related to order processing and status. Provide technical phone support to kitchen designers and technicians from our partners, guiding them with clarity and precision in their projects. Identify, with the help of technicians, effective solutions to resolve our partners' challenges and ensure their satisfaction.

Profile we are looking for (we want someone who ticks a lot of boxes):




High school diploma. 1 to 2 years of minimum experience in telephone customer service. Excellent command of French and English (you must be comfortable in both languages). Strong interest or experience in technical drawing, interior design, or architecture - these skills will be a real asset. Strong learning ability and a keen interest in technical details. Ability to handle complex situations with empathy and positivity. Comfortable with various computer and technological tools.
