Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
