CWS Logistics is seeking the services of a results driven Customer Service Operation Supervisor to join our team.

CWS is a privately held 3rd party warehouse, packaging and transportation company servicing manufacturers and distributors within the agricultural industry.

The requirements

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management, interdepartmental communication and staff leadership (direction and supervision). As a CS operation supervisor you will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and process. Leaders within the CS department should have excellent communication skills and tact when dealing with our business partners. Applicants should hold a university degree, 2 years of experience managing inventory. Previous work experience within SAP would be considered an asset. Ability to work evening shift and occasional Saturdays.

The responsibilities

Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing regular performance related feedback. Collaborating with departments to ensure the successful execution of client orders. Keyholder and closer of the department. Execution and monitoring of corporate inventory management strategy. Seeking answers to all customer questions. Handle and assist all issues that cannot be resolved by customer service representatives. Continually learn and seek new or more efficient process.
