Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our Fountain Food & Beverages team at our
Hamilton Distribution Center
. This role is responsible for leading and supporting our customer service function, ensuring accurate order processing, timely customer communication, and effective coordination with Sales, Production, and Logistics across our dairy operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily customer service operations related to dairy product orders
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, credits, and returns
Act as the escalation point for customer inquiries and service issues
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, QA, and Shipping to meet customer requirements
Monitor service levels, order accuracy, and on-time delivery performance
Train, coach, and support customer service team members
Maintain customer records and documentation in line with company procedures and food safety requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes
Qualifications & Skills
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
5 years of customer service experience, preferably in dairy, food manufacturing, or food distribution
Prior supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with ERP or order management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive production environment
Knowledge of dairy products and food manufacturing operations is a strong asset
