Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Tasks

Establish work schedules and procedures Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Conduct performance reviews Perform same duties as workers supervised Co-ordinate, assign and review work Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery Requisition materials and supplies Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Plan and control budget and expenditures Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain and manage digital database Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Plan and organize daily operations Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
