Position Summary


Sparkle Solutions Corp. is seeking a

Customer Service Supervisor

to guide and support a dynamic team in the commercial laundry industry. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, resolve escalated inquiries, and coach representatives to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your leadership will help ensure our service remains reliable, responsive, and customer-focused

The ideal candidate will drive team performance while fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and support customer service team at Sparkle Solutions Corp. Oversee daily operations, including call volume and ticket resolution, to ensure service levels are consistently achieved. Manage escalated customer issues and provide timely, satisfactory resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service level commitments are met and customers are proactively updated throughout the process. Build strong internal and external relationships through effective problem-solving and consistent follow-through. Support problem resolution by collaborating with other departments and communicating effectively with Property Managers and Owners. Train, coach, and develop staff to deliver consistently high-quality service. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Field Service teams to optimize service delivery. Implement best practices and process improvements. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications



Minimum of

5 years

of customer service experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a multi-brand or multi-division environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities. Experience in service-based industries (e.g., appliances, vending, or field service) is an asset.
