What the Customer Service Student role is about:

The Customer Service Student will be responsible for managing inside sales activities for milk and ice cream customers.


• Call customers to presell orders
• Prepare sales documents and assist customers where needed
• Maintain sales and inventory reports
• Create a customer centric experience; dedication to providing the highest quality services which meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers

What you need to be a Customer Service Student:

• Current enrollment in post-secondary school
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Great customer service skills and communication
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work
