Reporting to the Associate Manager,Administration IFR, you will be responsible for processing requests for Group Retirement Investment Only Plans both Registered and Non-registered products. You'll provide investment/plan recordkeeping and client reporting. You must become familiar with GRS processes.

What you will do:

Processing of bulk and single deposits Handling of transfers between investment funds for client/member assets Processing of transfers between registered plans from/to other financial institutions Completion of monthly/quarterly reporting spreadsheets Handling plan and member maintenance on GP36 Main Frame system Handling various inquiries, telephone calls etc. from multiple audiences Fostering relationships with plan administrators, brokers, advisors, and Investment Councilors Handling sensitive and complex issues in a timely and accurate manner Managing daily system close off.

What you will bring:

Customer service focused with a positive can-do attitude. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Organized and able to work in a dynamic and changing environment. Self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task and be comfortable with tight deadlines; results oriented. Ability to instill quality in day-to-day activities/processes. Strong interpersonal skills - team player a must Fluency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook required. Knowledge of rules and regulations as they relate to GRS products an asset, but not required. Knowledge of Canada Life Mainframe system an asset, but not required. Bilingual French/English an asset Ability to begin your day by 6:15am on a rotating basis and work the occasional Saturday morning. Restricted absences in the first 3 business days of every month.

The base salary for this position is between

$minimum

annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
