We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable professional to join our team as a
Customer Service Specialist & Website Product Coordinator
.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the versatility to shift focus based on seasonal business demands.
During our peak seasons (spring, summer, and fall), your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer support as well as weekly email blasts & social media campaigns. In the off-season or on slower days, the focus will shift toward website maintenance, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat--especially during high-volume seasons.
Maintain and update website product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing through the Magento website admin panel.
Utilize Epicor Prophet 21 for order entry, inventory management, and data tracking.
Ensure website content is accurate, appealing, and optimized for the best customer experience.
Assist with sales and marketing tasks during slower periods, including promotional planning.
Execute basic social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to generate reports, manage documentation, and perform data analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product listings and promotional strategies.
Operate standard office equipment such as printers, business phones, and headsets efficiently.
Prepare and develop promotional materials for trade shows
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in customer service and website product management required.
Experience with Magento and Epicor Prophet 21 is a strong asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
Familiarity with social media content creation and basic marketing principles.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to seasonal workflow shifts and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
