Push to Open Doors specializes in the installation and service of automatic door operators across the Lower Mainland. We're a growing, customer-focused company that values efficiency, communication, and professionalism. We're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team in a hybrid administrative and estimating role.

Position Overview



The

Customer Service Specialist

will be responsible for managing incoming calls and leads, maintaining our CRM system, scheduling technicians for service and installation projects, and preparing accurate estimates for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, operational coordination, and detail-oriented estimating work.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer & Lead Management



Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails, and web leads. Qualify leads and enter all relevant details into the CRM. Provide excellent customer service and timely communication throughout the service process. Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM. Track job progress, follow-ups, and outstanding estimates. Assist with invoicing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.

Scheduling & Dispatch



Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance work. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent requests or changing priorities. Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the information and materials they need.

Estimating



Follow up on sent quotes and update the CRM with status changes. Create basic estimates from our SOPs and templates. Work with the team to determine pricing, materials, and labour requirements.

Qualifications



Experience in a coordination, service dispatch, or administrative role (construction or trades experience an asset). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills--professional, clear, customer-focused, personable. Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software (Google Workspace / Excel or Sheets). Ability to read technical information or willingness to learn. Attention to detail when preparing estimates and reviewing job requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
