Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs. Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information into our systems. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions. Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience. Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements



Proven experience in a customer service role is required (2 years minimum). Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
