Who are we searching for?
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our busy and growing team!
Job Duties (include, but not limited to):
Create and maintain strong relationship with customers
Answering phone calls and directing as necessary
Enter all production, transfers, and bulk receipts into appropriate computer systems and spreadsheets as required by customers
Field customer orders, inquiries, and service
Help manage warehouse inventory through customer demand
Maintain accuracy of records through daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Perform clerical duties, such as filing
Assist in solving inventory, delivery, and order discrepancies
Maintain up to date customer files
Create Bills of Lading and prepare required shipping documentation
Assist in warehouse operations, when required
Providing the appropriate paperwork to customers
Other related duties as required or assigned
Required Knowledge:
Strong computer skills and ability to operate within Microsoft Office suite of products, and other computer systems.
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner
Effective communication skills to interact with external customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
Ability to use general office equipment
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Related manufacturing/industrial customer service/shipping/receiving work experience of 3 - 5 years required
Working Conditions:
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
Overtime as required
Long periods of sitting, some standing
Variable environment as may be required to spend time in the warehouse when resolving issues
