We're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to be the friendly voice and face of Rosemore Electric. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers while supporting our project teams behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to messages promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls with customers
Handle customer inquiries about services, pricing, and project timelines
Maintain excellent customer relationships to support our 60% repeat customer base
Project Staff Support
Provide administrative support to project teams and field staff
Coordinate between office and field personnel for project updates
Assist with project scheduling and resource allocation
Help prepare estimates and documentation as needed
Social Media & Marketing
Create and schedule engaging social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Develop content that showcases our community connection and quality work
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages
Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
Customer Appreciation & Retention
Implement customer appreciation programs and initiatives
Follow up with completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate customer testimonials and reviews
Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and referrals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in trades or construction industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with scheduling software and basic office applications
Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the electrical or construction industry
Knowledge of electrical terminology and services
Social media marketing experience
Bilingual capabilities (English/French) an asset
Experience with CRM systems
