We are recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Specialist for our Sunwood Branch. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will deliver exceptional customer service to support and help our members with their product and service needs. What you\'ll do:

• Greet our members, answer inquiries and/or their concerns and look for opportunities to develop and build relationships with our members.
• Proactively seek opportunities to demonstrate our value proposition and recommend services and solutions.
• Refer members to account managers and business partners and collaborate to give them a great customer experience.
• Handle transactions, open personal and business profiles, demand accounts, term deposits, ATM cards, and other banking products and services.
• Perform cash desk duties, record your sales and service activity and assist with branch opening and closing processes.
• Participate in team meetings and support and/or participate in our Prospera community initiatives.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in a frontline Customer Service role.
• Excellent relationship-building and experience working in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a quick learner.
• Be self-motivated and tech savvy.
• Knowledge of retail lending and financial services experience (an asset).
• Have an interest in contributing to your local community.
