Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, routing, invoicing, and following up with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. We are looking for someone who can multitask and is passionate in the work they do.

Duties

Schedule septic pumping appointments with customers by phone calls, text messages, and emails then input them into our software called Jobber. Create efficient truck routes and communicate with our technicians throughout the day. Follow up with customers when problems need to be discussed. Create and send invoices as well as collect payment from customers. Maintain an organized office environment that promotes efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Must be confident in your computer and phone skills. Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
This is a very important role in our business as you are the first point of contact our customers have so finding a friendly and professional person is our goal. Ideal hours would be 7am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

We are currently based in Keene operating out of a brand new office trailer. This is a temporary set up while we are in the process of building a new shop and office in Douro-Dummer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
