We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the food industry. Duties

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Handle customer orders efficiently, including taking orders for cake decorating, food preparation, and baking items. Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to provide accurate information to customers. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices during all interactions. Support packaging and presentation of products to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and customer retention. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area in accordance with health regulations.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
