We are a locally owned sign company providing custom signage, decals, and printing solutions. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality products to our community.
We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Sign Shop Helper. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Process payments and manage customer orders
Provide excellent customer service and support
Assist with shop tasks when not busy with customers, including:
Running large-format printers
Cutting decals
Assembling and preparing signs
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn sign production processes
Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
