Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver & Customer Service Clerk. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving:
Process incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
Maintain inventory records and organize warehouse space
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
Process orders and provide product information
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in shipping/receiving and customer service preferred
Forklift certification is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
