Position: Customer Service, Scientific Field (Laboratory, Chemistry, Biology)
Location: Longueuil
Salary: Between $45,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time, flexible daytime schedule, 37.5 hours per weekWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the customer service department of a company based in Longueuil. If you have relevant training in a scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, or laboratory studies, and if you are bilingual to serve clients outside of Quebec, this opportunity may be of interest to you!Immediate interviews!What our client offers:- A permanent position within a large company
- Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week

- Service recognition programYour responsibilities:- Answering calls and emails from clients
- Processing client requests on the website
- Advising clients on the various services offered by the company
- Acting as a liaison between clients and operations, and following up with internal teams
- Tracking client requests
- Placing orders and keeping inventories up to date
- Issuing certificates and sharing results with clients
- Updating information in client records
- Meeting deadlines for client requests
- Performing any other tasks that contribute to ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionRequirements:- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Relevant training in a scientific discipline (biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, laboratory studies, etc.)
- Bilingualism to serve clients outside of Quebec
