Job Description


In response to the continued growth of our business, United Management Group is looking for a Customer Service Sales Support team member to serve the Winnipeg area. The successful candidate will be assigned an existing customer and new customer base that our clientele provides for us.

The Customer Service Sales Support position assists with any and all inquiries and serves the customers in:

  • Understanding product knowledge and services of the client
  • Assisting with retail event and field campaign product/service/territory launches & brand promotions
  • Maintaining and reporting consumer & customer data and revenue to clients
What a typical day might look like:
  • Morning meeting to review client agenda and product knowledge
  • Receive additional training in retail compliance, marketing & sales strategy plus customer service
  • Attend local event or assist field campaign team to promote client\xe2\x80\x99s products, brands and services
  • Maintain business relationships with venues and retailers
  • Networking and conference calls
  • Report and evaluate event & field marketing campaign data
Customer Service Sales Support Responsibilities:
  • Attend and participate in the live, promotional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and close sales of client products.
  • Deliver interesting and exciting product presentations and outline key product benefits to consumers with the goal of increasing product awareness and driving sales on behalf of brands represented
  • Provide an exceptional face-to-face experience to all customers and clients.
  • Provide product and customer service support with the goal of informing customers and making sales of featured products.
  • Responsible for product branding, advertising, and promotion.
  • Work with on-site customer service management team to deal with media relations, business communications, success stories
Customer Service Sales Support Qualifications:
  • 1 year of account management/customer service experience
  • Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
  • Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, email and internet usage
  • Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must have strong oral communication skills
  • Regular access to a vehicle is mandatory
