SUMMARY
Your role as Senior Customer Service is simply to make connections with past customers of the company in a bid to have them come back to the company as active customers. We have thousands of records in our customer data base that need to be reached out to.
Your role is straightforward. Sales.
Our industry is a price driven, high volume, low margin business. The promotional offers we will equip you with, that you will share via email after these calls will be enticing to get people back ordering with the company. Activity equals results.

RESPONSIBILITES
Prior to each call, review the account history to see if there are any notes in the CRM as to why this past customer may be not ordering from us currently.
Contact the customer using a very short, effective and straightforward script as a guideline.
Be armed with preexisting marketing and sales material that you will forward to your newly updated contact as part of a package to get them back as current customer
Make an expected high volume of outbound connecting calls per day.
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work on-site in St.Thomas.
Comfortable with sales, cold-calling and public speaking.
Basic computer skills (will train on internal systems).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
Coachable; willing to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
Dental knowledge is an asset, but the successful candidate will be trained in the knowledge required for this role.
Prior knowledge of sales and experience with targets is helpful but not required.
Prior knowledge of marketing strategies and business goals is helpful but not necessary.
