We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance. Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records in our database. Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to enhance their experience. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers, ensuring professionalism at all times. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery. Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and service offerings.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are highly desirable. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Ability to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others are essential for success in this role. Pay: $16.10-$19.10 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
