In this position you will:
provide quality
customer services in person, virtually and by phone;
by providing timely and accurate information related to government programs, products and services in a retail and customer service-oriented environment
provide information about government services
process applications and renewals
collect payments and issue receipts
resolve customer inquiries

Credentials Required
What you bring to the team
Mandatory:
You must possess oral French language skills at the advanced level and your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.
Exceptional customer service must have:
Customer focus
to provide optimum service, explain information and meet customer needs and resolve customer inquiries and find solutions resulting in a positive customer experience.

Effective communication
to explain guidelines and procedures, respond to customer questions, write concise correspondence, apply judgment, tact, empathy and patience to meet customer needs.

to probe for information, assess situations, and determine customer needs, and take appropriate actions.

Computer proficiency
and ability to use Microsoft Office, database programs, and operation of specialized equipment.
