Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills



Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent experience. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Fluent English Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
