We're hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who knows how to keep things clear, calm, and professional--especially when people are dealing with the stress of a damaged vehicle.
What You'll Be Doing
Greet customers and walk them through the repair process
Keep them updated and work with estimators and techs
Answer questions with professionalism and care
Handle bookings, calls, and basic admin tasks
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
A calm, customer-first mindset
Experience in a service or collision setting is a bonus
Good multitasking and time management skills
