Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This hybrid role supports both front-office customer interactions and back-of-house warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate order processing, and assist with daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient and timely operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with a positive and professional attitude. Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently. Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction. Maintain customer records and documentation in company systems.
Warehouse Operations
Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed). Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order entry or inventory software. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. * Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
