Job Summary



We are currently seeking an experienced customer service representative to fill the position of Lead Customer Service Representative in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Job Duties:



Scheduling deliveries and service calls
Storefront cashier
Helping customers over the phone & email
Effectively communicating with our delivery drivers
Receiving and entering payments
Preparing orders
Inputing invoices
Taking and relaying phone messages effectively
Coordinating CSR schedules
Interviewing new CSR candidates
Training new CSRs
Working with office software, POS software and CRM software.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:



At least five years of customer service experience
Grade 12 or equivalent
Detail orientated
Organized
Proficient with computers
Very strong in customer service
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with others
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
