Customer Service Representative (Full-time, Part-time)

Service Ontario - Agincourt and Whitby offices are seeking outgoing, organized, and professional customer service representatives to join our team and provide top-notch service to our customers in the Service Ontario private (local non-government owned) issuing offices.

Customer Service Representative: Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain updated knowledge of relevant Service Ontario services in order to provide adequate services to customers Promptly respond to and resolve customer issues Process health card, driver's license and vehicle transactions accurately by following prescribed protocol Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately and efficiently process transactions Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate

Customer Service Agent: Requirements and Qualifications

Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday -Friday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Flexibility with your availability is required within this time frame High school diploma or equivalent Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable. 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-related role Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Strong keyboarding skills Ability to foster and maintain working relationships Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities in a busy office environment Positive and service-oriented attitude. Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of customer service Intermediate computer skills Willingness to work as part of a team Efficient, organized and a natural problem solver High level of patience and ability to manage a variety of customer needs. Must be able to provide an acceptable Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) upon being hired

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 44 per week
