?? What You'll Do
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll:

• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, delivery, and technical support

• Manage and track orders via email and phone with precision and care

• Resolve service issues and disputes with professionalism and empathy

• Prepare accurate quotations and verify account details

• Monitor backorders and coordinate with production, purchasing, and distribution

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Provide technical support using IPEX publications and resources

• Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and customer satisfaction

? What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is:

• A natural relationship builder with a customer-first mindset

• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented

• A confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills

• Comfortable navigating systems and data (SAP experience is a plus!)

• A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong time management and follow-up skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms

• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism

• Industry experience and SAP knowledge are assets
