The Customer Representative will serve as the first point of contact for NewSIM customers, providing timely and effective support through chat, email, and phone. They will assist customers with inquiries regarding eSIM activation, plan purchases, and troubleshooting, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via chat, email, resolving issues related to eSIM activation, purchases, and technical difficulties.
Help customers navigate the PhoneBox platform and understand the available plans.
Address customer complaints or escalations with a positive attitude and a focus on resolution.
Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the management team to improve service and platform usability.
Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve more complex issues.
Assist in developing and maintaining a customer support knowledge base.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in tech or telecom.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and eSIM technology (training will be provided).

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
