Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper meal preparation instructions are conveyed Assist with food preparation and meal assembly when needed, adhering to food safety standards Handle food items responsibly, maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling procedures Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a positive attitude Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, counters, and equipment Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Skills

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, and cooking basics Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and food safety standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and meal preparation is a plus Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing outstanding customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
