Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Capone's Cellar Liquor Store in Powell River. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology sales, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change as needed. Promote and sell products through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Assist in technical sales by explaining product features and benefits to customers. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions. Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Proven ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy. Basic math skills necessary for processing payments and providing change. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
