What You'll Do:

Be the friendly voice that helps customers with their questions, concerns, and everything in between. Use your problem-solving skills to turn frowns upside down. Work closely with a fantastic team who always has your back! Offer solutions and make the customer's experience memorable. Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, send insurance claims Other administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude--no "Monday Blues" allowed here! Strong communication skills (a love for talking doesn't hurt). Empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease and a smile. Experience in customer service is great, we will teach you all things dental!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
