Meet and greet all the customers and make them feel at home.
Answer all telephone inquiries in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.
Answer all inquiries promptly in a courteous manner using Royal Auto Group PFD.
Transfer calls to appropriate associates.
Transfer messages to the appropriate associate.
Record all ins and outs of service staff/sales and managers.
Check all incoming vehicles and handle all inquiries regarding campaign, Ford Pass Rewards, updated emails, completions and information.
Book customer appointments using Ford Smart. Drop off before 7:50am for repair.
Educate customers on our appointment process, diagnosis, actual billing and any other questions they may have.
Collect customer payments and issue receipts.
Receive mail, open as required, separate and deliver to the appropriate offices.
Do clerical duties, filing, ordering supplies and administrative work as assigned.
Must have a valid driver license. (drive shuttle when needed)
Part Time Position- 2-3 days a week.
