We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Service Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in data entry, sales, and upselling. Duties

Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product or service information. Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and record interactions efficiently. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service roles, with strong communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail. Sales experience, including upselling techniques, is a plus. Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is desirable.
