Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? Woodstock Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative(CSR) to join our team.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience. You'll handle phone calls, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, and support our veterinary team by keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answering phone calls, emails, and other client communications Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Educating clients on clinic services and policies Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A positive, team-oriented attitude Previous customer service or reception experience (veterinary or medical office experience an asset but not required)
