Description 
 We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative from a manufacturing and/or distribution industry. Please note candidates outside of these industries will NOT be considered. 
 The ideal candidate will have strong order entry skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This is a full-time, in-office role with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training. 
 Role: Customer Service
 Location: Woodbridge, ON
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
 Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
 Vacation: 2 weeks
 Benefits: Medical/Dental (after 3 months) 
Key Responsibilities:
 Receive and process customer orders accurately via phone and email.
 Collect and verify customer details and billing information.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
 Communicate with customers regarding pricing, shipping dates, and order status.
 Address customer inquiries and recommend alternative solutions when needed.
 Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. 
Requirements:
 Minimum 4 years of Customer Service or Order Entry experience (3 years considered for exceptional candidates).
 Experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EDI or Sage is an asset.
 Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
 Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
