Customer Service Representative - Login Canada, Winnipeg, MB

Login Canada, one of Canada's leading book distributors, is growing! We are looking for two energetic, creative, detail oriented, dedicated, and self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidates will be responsible for publication research, order fulfillment, and fielding inquiries from our customers across Canada.

The Position

:

This in-person full time role will consist of being part of a team as well as handle individual tasks, and the successful candidates will have experience in a fast-paced office environment. Accurate data entry/typing, proficient use of Excel, ability to switch through multiple tasks daily, detail orientated, and a positive disposition, combined with a drive to succeed, are essential to this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Addressing customer service inquiries

Researching publications

Enter orders via phone and/or email

Building relationships with customers

Providing professional and excellent customer service at all times

Preferred Qualifications

1 - 2 years of office-based call center or customer service experience

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent

Familiarity with inventory management software is considered an asset

Experience using Microsoft Office, and proficient in Excel

Able to work independently or in a team environment

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing good customer service

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

French/English bi-lingual is an asset
