Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
The
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
will serve as the first point of contact for clients, assisting with service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups. You'll play a vital role in ensuring each customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional assistance -- from the first call to the successful completion of service.
This position is ideal for a reliable communicator with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude who wants to be part of a growing, service-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and online service requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling availability.
Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and field staff to assign and track service jobs.
Maintain customer records, invoices, and job details in the company database.
Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Support the operations team by monitoring service timelines and reporting issues or delays.
Handle payments, receipts, and related documentation when required.
Represent Explicit Services Ltd. with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
customer service, dispatch, or administrative support
(experience in transportation, towing, or moving services is an asset).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling or dispatch software is an asset.
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
