United West Winnipeg is seeking a personable and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a full-time, in-person role. You'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their needs while building meaningful connections that keep them coming back.

Your Responsibilities:

Engage with customers mainly through direct, in-person interactions Conduct in-person outreach to clients on behalf of one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies, fostering relationships that support sales growth Guide customers through innovative telecommunications solutions that enhance connectivity and bring simplicity to their everyday lives Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and sales activity within our tracking platforms Provide exceptional service with a warm, professional demeanour in every interaction Collaborate with teammates to spot ways we can elevate the overall customer journey Communicate customer observations and patterns to management to inform business strategies

What You'll Bring:

Background in customer-facing roles such as service, retail, or sales is an asset but not required Confidence in consultative sales conversations and recognizing chances to suggest relevant products or services Comfort level with everyday technology like tablets and CRM software Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities--fluency in multiple languages is highly valued Detail-conscious approach with a focus on finding solutions Collaborative spirit and ability to excel in energetic, team-oriented settings
