You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, faxes and written correspondence in a professional and courteous manner. Assisting employers and members with their group insurance and pension applications, claim and change forms and submitting the applications, claims and change forms to their insurance company. Help members and employers by providing them with group insurance and pension information in a timely and accurate manner using online services. Able to investigate and solve member health, vision, dental, disability and death claim issues. You will also work with our employer's plan administrators to review, verify, advise, correct, calculate, and file group insurance and pension applications to group insurance and pension partners. Support agents with their individual client's investments and insurance administration issues.
