ABOUT THIS ROLE

- Jackson Springs Water is growing, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping customers.

- As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide friendly and helpful service in-store, over the phone, and by email. You'll also assist with basic office tasks to keep things running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet and assist customers in-store, on the phone, and via email Take customer orders and process payments Help schedule deliveries and keep records up to date Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint for basic tasks Support the team with general office duties

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A friendly and positive attitude Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
