The Customer Service Representative (CRS) is responsible for completing client service requests on behalf of the company for our warehouse division. The CSR will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of service requests. Primary responsibilities will include addressing customer service inquiries, submitting order requests and collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional service.

The Customer Service Representative who has sufficient experience using warehouse management software as well as being up-to-date with warehouse laws and regulations is an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails when communicating with clients Assist clients with service requests with a focus on first-contact resolution Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure that customer requests are met and that service level agreements are upheld Maintain accurate client records, including inventory, shipment, and order requests, client complaints, etc. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to improve job-related skills and knowledge of company services

What are we looking for:

At least 1-year of experience in a customer service role is required, with a preferred background in warehousing and distribution

Proficiency in using warehouse management software with high adaptability to new and unfamiliar software Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Reliable, punctual, with strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Superior attention to detail Professional, good work ethics, and excellent customer service skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Outlook, Excel and Word Eligible to work in Canada Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
