Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:



Managing large amounts of info emails and incoming phone calls Communicating with freight companies on quotes for shipping product Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements and skills



Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with Sage 300 and excel Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Self-motivated Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
