Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly responsive

Customer Service Representative

who excels over the phone and loves helping customers. This role is perfect for someone with a background in

retail, sales, CSR, receptionist, or appointment setting

--and we are happy to train the right person!

About the Role

Your main responsibility is to respond to all incoming leads

within 5 minutes

and convert them into

booked consultations with the doctor

. You will also follow up with older leads, re-engage past clients, welcome walk-in customers, and help generate repeat business.

We receive about

10-15 new leads per day

, and you'll play a vital role in making sure every lead is contacted quickly, warmly, and professionally.

What You'll Do

Respond to all new leads within 5 minutes Book free consultations with the doctor Follow up with previous leads and existing customers to rebook Build strong relationships and spark repeat customers Welcome, greet, and assist customers in the store Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and enthusiastic phone presence Work

3 days per week in the office

and the rest remotely

What We're Looking For

Amazing phone voice

when new leads come in Excellent English communication skills Energetic and engaging personality -- if you sound bored, this role is not for you Experience in

sales, customer service, retail, reception, or appointment setting

Coachable, eager to learn, and open to training Bonus: Experience with medical spa or Botox services (not required) Bonus: Ability to speak

Arabic or any Indian language

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour base pay

Bonus pay

40 hours per week
