About the Role

As a Community Fundraiser, you will be the key point of contact for public fundraising initiatives, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds to inspire and encourage donations. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a people-centered, goal-driven environment and are eager to get involved in direct fundraising efforts, including door-to-door campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and motivate supporters to maximize fundraising efforts

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing donors.

Organize fundraising activities such as sponsored outdoor events and house-to-house

Donation collections.

Raise awareness of the charity's mission at local and national levels.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of fundraisers.

Maintain accurate donor records and update databases.

What We Guaranteed Weekly Pay

OTE (On Target Earning)

~Earnings: $650 - $1,000 per week (cash paid)

~Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday(Weekends Available), 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

~Annual Paid Trip to a Tropical Destination
