Job Description

Bin There Dump That provides a fast, reliable and easy to use bin rental service to contractors and homeowners across the GTA while continuing to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



- Managing a large volume of inbound sales and inquiries via phone, email and online.

- Process work orders and create customer invoices.

- Building positive relationships with customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled appropriately to allow us to continue to provide above and beyond customer service.

- Data Entry: update and maintain customer records within database.

- Marketing support to commercial sales team and online marketing coordinator.

- Communicating pickup and deliveries with dispatch.

- Filing, scanning, organizing receipts and documents.

- Process payments with POS system.

- Inputting data into billing software.

- Problem solving and flexibility.

- Memorize scripts and ability to adapt.

Requirements:



- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Excellent written/verbal communication.

- Interpersonal skills.

- Organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

- Flexible - must be able to work independently and with a team daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
